When something needs attention

Endpoint Essentials identifies and reports issues. It does not include unlimited repair work.

That might mean low disk space, failing storage, repeated update failures, performance problems, or a hardware fault.

If something needs attention, you decide whether you want us to fix it.

Troubleshooting and hands-on remediation are billed separately at the appropriate support or service rate.

Separate support

Support when you need it.

Help with a computer problem, a repair, or work that needs a hands-on approach. Support labor is separate from your Endpoint Essentials monthly service.
